This Privacy Policy explains how GoatLab ("GoatLab," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit, create an account on, or make a purchase through our games and websites, including goat-lab.app, pitchergami.com, and their subdomains (such as pitchinglab.pitchergami.com) (collectively, the "Services").

Account information (Google Sign-In). When you create an account or sign in, you may do so using Google Sign-In. When you authenticate through Google, we receive and store basic profile information associated with your Google account, which includes your email address, name, and profile picture. We use this information to create and maintain your account, identify you across our Services, and save the content you create (such as your saved players and game history).

Content you create. We store the in-game players, scores, and other content you generate so they can appear on leaderboards and in your personal collection.

Payment information. If you purchase a product or service from us (for example, an ad-free experience or other digital goods), your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we may receive limited transaction information such as a confirmation of payment, the amount, the date, and a partial card identifier.

Communications. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you make a payment, you provide your payment details directly to Stripe, and Stripe processes that information as a data controller and/or processor under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as email address, name, and online identifiers); commercial information (such as products or services purchased); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as usage and device data); approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and inferences drawn for advertising. We collect this information from you directly and automatically through the technologies described in this policy.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies that share identifiers with third parties (such as Playwire and Google) may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA. How to exercise your rights

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may require you to confirm information associated with your account. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

"Shine the Light"

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
