About GOAT Squad UFC
GOAT Squad UFC is a free fighter builder played inside an octagon. You are not drafting a team.
You are assembling one mixed martial artist out of eight attributes. Striking, KO power, grappling,
wrestling, cardio, chin, fight IQ and footwork each spin their own reel of real fighters; you hit STOP
to freeze the cage, then graft one man's number for one attribute onto your guy. A corner rounds him out.
Then the Gauntlet puts him in against a ladder of contenders, champions and icons, five rounds a
fight, scored round by round, with a knockout or a submission possible at any moment. Between fights there is
a purse to spend, camps to raid for better attributes, relics that bend the rules, and exactly one life.
A new daily fighter drops every day with the same reels and the same opponent for everybody worldwide.
Frequently asked questions
Is GoatLab free to play?
Yes. Every game runs in your browser with no download and no payment. An optional account saves your builds, and optional extras exist, but the games themselves are free.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play, post scores and take on the daily challenge as a guest. Signing in with Google just saves your players to a personal Hall of Fame and carries your progress between devices.
How is this different from a fantasy draft?
You never pick freely from a full pool, and you are not picking a roster at all: each lock donates a single attribute to a single fighter. The reels decide what is available at the instant you stop them, so timing and knowing when to settle are the real skills.
What happens if I lose?
The run ends. There is one life per gauntlet, so every fight matters, though shops sell insurance that rewinds the round that finished you, once.
